I had a blast last weekend at the Hot & Sexy Bachata Weekender In Houston! I danced so much that my legs have been sore for two days. The Party Kicked off Friday night with a Free Bachata class taught By Joe Figuroa from Phili, and Tate Bloomquist from Orlando. Both of these instructors set the stage for what was going to be one unforgettably Sexy Night of Dancing!! Dj Peter the Bachata Freak From Los Angeles played some of the most Sensual Bachata Music that I had ever heard. We didn’t forget  the Salsa Dancers. There was a special room playing Salsa Music from the Musically Wicked Mind of Dj O2 from San Antonio.We pop a little surprise freestyle for all of our guest to showcase all of the Amazing instructors and Dancers That would be molding them for the weekend. Then dancing then heated up as all of the excitement and sexual energy built to a boiling point. The Ladies fought for dances with Alejandro Rey from L.A. and Joe Figuroa from Phili, and myself! The men tried their best Rhythmical Seduction steps on Summer Sando from Arizona and Tate Bloomquist fro Orlando and Jenny The German Chocolate from Dallas. Needless to say we were all happy that night! I Love Bachata Festivals!

Hello My Salsa Dancers in Training,

The Salsa Social at Sandunga Dance Studio was En Fuego! We had Soo much fun at the Social Friday Night! I taught the Free Salsa Class, and I must say that I was feeling rather Feisty! I decided to teach Pachanga; a Novelty dance from New York that fit like a glove into Salsa! Pachanga is not an easy Dance to lean or execute, but the group was very receptive during the class. I had over 50 people taking the class! I definitely brought the energy level up. Dancers from all over Dallas Showed up. So when Dj Colombiano took over with his amazing Salsa club Hits and music; it was time to boogie! The social dancing was a lot of fun, from all levels of dancers. I didn’t know I could sweat so mush. The room became a sauna of good energy, dancing, and drinking. We partied as usual till the last salsa dancer left, or Bachata Dancer! I also had a surprise guest. My oldest Brother came to chill and hang out. He really loved see all of the beautiful Latin Dancer do their thing! ( Ladies Especially!)So thank you guys for all of you support at the social!

Hello My Salsa Babies,

The Houston Salsa Congress was a Blast!!! So I finally hit a milestone in my salsa career. I got to teach my First  Salsa Workshop at a Congress! I must say that I had a Blast Getting to Flex my Salsa Skills with the Big Boys. I have taught Countless Salsa Classes and Workshops at Bachata events or in Salsa Bootcamps over the years, but nothing as far as salsa congresses. The Energy of the Salsa Congress was really high, and The Salsa Dancers from Dallas represented in full force. The Shows were smoking hot and the Social dancing was stimulating and electrifying! My Salsa Workshop was Beginners Partner work On 1. I had a great turnout for the class. Its always trick to teach a room full of beginner Dancers, because everyone is not on ground zero in their ability to dance. I had to truly put my instructional skills to the test!I started the turn pattern easy the slowly began to push toward the “OH Crap” Category! The students hung in their like troopers and absorbed every tip, step and tricks to this pattern. Soon I had almost as big of a crowd watching my class as I did taking the class. I other salsa Instructors, Dancers, and Performers, as well as other students watching in aw. They couldn’t believe that a group of beginners were able to execute such a difficult pattern. By the conclusion of the class I announced that I had my Online classes and that I would post the pattern I taught then on there in a couple of weeks. I was then flooded with students and spectators alike asking for my Business Cards. One of the ladies told me that I taught the best  Salsa Workshop she had ever seen! That Definatly made me feel good. I just love sharing my Passion of salsa with the masses!  When I got home on Sunday I had another 30 Facebook friends and a ton of sign ups for dfwsalsaforsummies.com! So I do Believe it was a good trip for me. I can’t wait for the Austin Salsa Congress! I am Teaching a Salsa Class there as well!

The Snow didn’t stop the Salseros from turning out and enjoying the snowy scene with a glass of wine great atmosphere and dancing! The House Of Cigars is still the Sexiest Latin lounge, and place for casual Salsa Dancing in Dallas! I taught a free Bachata class, and came up with one of the crazies Turn Patterns for Bachata that I have seen! (It was damn smooth!) Then we social danced Into the evening! Its has been along time in the making, but it has finally happened! Dfw Salsa Has Now Opened its online Instructional Membership website. To leach and spread the love i have for Salsa, Bachata, Pachanga, Mambo, Chac cha and Merengue!  There is now no excuse for not practicing your dance steps or forgetting the steps from class! The Social was back in full force at Sandunga Dance Studio last night!

Latin Lovers and Dancers from all over Dallas and surrounding areas showed up last night to start the New Year off with a bang! The Latin Music played by DJ Colombiano seduced the dancers to the dancefloor and to move their bodies into a sweaty frenzy! The free class instructed by the Beautiful Sandy Delara of Delara Dance was packed wall to wall. I was alot of new salsa faces, which always makes me happy. I also saw a lot of the veteran dancers out showing the new dancers how to steam up the dancefloor.  To all my little salsa babies who showed up to support.. I Love you guys and Thank You! I hope to see you guys tomorrow at The House of Cigars for the Salsa Social hosted by Me!

Now I love a nightclub as much as the next man, but there is something to be said about a good bar, cheap drinks, lots of salsa and great dancing! Last night we celebrated the Birthdays of two Great salsa Dancers! Jessica Cepeda of Salsa Passion, Performer, Instructor and all around Diva. ( and the lady responsible for bringing me into this Salsa Kingdom) And Cliff Anderson, an absolutely amazing guy and Performer/ Salsa Dancer as well!  Johan Ibanes taught the free salsa lesson, which is always a good thing to help improve your Dance Steps! There was also a surprise performance from Salsa Dallas, it was a nice cha cha/ Salsa Mix perfectly executed by the Performers! The routine was very cute and the music selection was nice. The who’s who of salsa showed up last night to turn up the heat on the dancefloor! Alot of my little Salsa Babies showed up as well to represent and do their thing.  For the average bar hopper the dancefloor  got seriously packed during the Bachata set which gave the average Joe the opportunity to flex their skills.  All in all I thought it was a great night of dancing. Now hopefully Ill see you guys tonight at the Sanduga Social!!

Hello my salsa babies, Tonight Im thinking that Salsa will be alot of fun at Babes Sports bar on Northwest Hwy in Dallas! Babes is a Sportsbar but still retains some of its Nightclub feel. Usually some of the best salsa dancers go there to jam to the Latin music supplied by Luis D from salsadallas.com. Babes play lots of salsa, bachata, cha cha cha and merengue. Its a great place to hang out with friends, get some cheap drinks and do some social dancing. Beginners are more than welcome to come out and practice the Basic steps that you have learned from your paid for salsa classes. lol So Hopefully Ill see u out tonight. Save me a Dance!
